Jeremia “Remia” Brynard is the head technician at Lindenberg Racing and Shelby South Africa. He joined the team in 2004, starting as a mechanic during Peter Lindenberg’s F1 Powerboat racing days and the WesBank Raceway era.

With almost three decades of experience, Remia now has played and continues to play across both the Lindenberg Racing programme and Shelby South Africa. Trained and certified in the US by Shelby American, his technical skills have contributed to countless race wins and championship successes.

Over 22 years, he has spearheaded the technical side of Lindenberg Racing and has been alongside Peter for ultimate championship successes. Remia has also been responsible for the domination of Lindenberg Racing with drivers Paige Lindenberg, James Temple and Djurk Venter’s string of successes. He is the person building the last two of the Basil Green approved historic racing GP 2 Capri Peranas, cars which have brought to an end the building of these legends. His innate knowledge of Peranas stems from the fact that Lindenberg Racing owned the original Z181 Gunston Perana for 34 years.
